Welcome to Kibele

When you visit Kibele, you enter the multidimensional world of tastes and aromas of classical Turkish cuisine with a modern twist and focus on sensational seasonal ingredients from diverse Turkish regions.

Our venue aims to accommodate two floors, which can both be accessed independently, with a maximum capacity of 80 people entrance floor and 100 people on our lower ground.

The name Kibele is derived from Cybele, an ancient Phrygian Mother of Gods,  goddess of fertility, spring and fortified cities. 

Here you can find our menu composed of original dishes enriched with deluxe ingredients and exquisite spices from all over Turkey, which you can enjoy in a cosily arranged interior, from lunch special to group set menus, served with over 50 wines from around the world. If you would prefer to try one of our signature cocktails, join us for our happy hour every Monday to Friday from 4-7 pm.

Accommodating for all tastes and dietary requirements,  we offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes.

We offer both a la carte menu and set menu for bigger parties as we love big celebrations such as Birthdays and company gatherings, business mixers and anything with the possibility to dine and entertain your guests!

Yes, there is bay parking and local private parking facilities within walking distance to our restaurant. After 18.30, bay parking and single yellow lines are free and easily available.

You are more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake. In terms of alcohol, we have a wide range of wines and spirits from all around the world. Therefore, our restaurant policy doesn’t accept any form of beverages to be brought into the premises.

We have different types of entertainment on both floors. In the main restaurant, we have a live Cello performance every Wednesday and a world-famous Trombonest playing every  Thursday. On the lower ground floor (Lounge) we have a diverse Cabaret repertoire that includes live music, acrobats, belly dancing and plenty of other surprises every Friday and Saturday

As we always drive for only the best quality, we decided to cut the middle man. All our products are sourced directly from the farm to the table.

For group bookings over 7 people, we have a £50 minimum spend per head and we require a deposit of £10 per person to secure and confirm your booking.

In the main restaurant you are more than welcome to join us for drinks only, Don’t miss our happy hour promotion available from Monday to Friday between 16.00-19.00.

As we keep the space for you and your guests, therefore if there is any last-minute “no shows” a fee of £20 per no show will be charged on the card details provides and your deposit may be affected.

 

Due to high demand, we are usually fully booked on our Lounge & Entertainment floor.

Yes, we do have a cloakroom service. 

Personal possessions are the responsibility of the guest. We advise all our guests to keep all valuable personal belongings with them when using our cloakroom service

We are always happy to be as much accomodating as possible however, it depends on the notice. If there’s any extra mile we can walk to make your experience with us even more special we will, please ask away before you make your booking.

Unfortunately, we have a 72hrs advance cancellation policy and 24 hrs policy if you would like to decrease or increase the number of your guests. Late cancellations or decreasing the number of your guests will affect your deposit. As a restaurant policy, we are required to charge a fee of £20 per person for “no-shows”. We cannot promise to give you extra sitting due to availability, should additional guests arrive without notice. Please inform us prior to arriving to avoid disappointment.

For regular bookings (up to 4 people) we require 24 hours notice, for the bookings over 5 guests we require  3 days advance notice or more.

For now, our restaurant serves lunch and dinner only; however, it is something that we might add to our menu in the future 😉

Please note, we have a strict smart/casual dress code; no tracksuits, hoods or slippers are permitted at our restaurant.

Unfortunately we can only single payment method at the end of your visit, however we are happy to split the bill.

Yes, we are. However, we are within walking distance from the closest parking out of the congestion zone.
