Reservations

Reservations must be made online unless agreed with management. 

Kibele Restaurant requires your card details to secure your reservation. All card details are held and any deposit or cancellation fees will be processed by Stripe Payments UK, LTD which acts on behalf of Kibele Restaurant. No charges will be made, however, please be aware that if you fail to cancel your booking or inform the restaurant should the number of attendees reduce 72 hours prior to the reservation, we reserve the right to charge your card with the sum of £20 per person for ‘no show’.

Kibele Restaurant reserves tables for a maximum of 1.5 hours (subject to availability) from the reservation time stated.

Reservations 

Late Policy

Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the reservation time stated and later released unless otherwise agreed/discussed with management. 

Menu

Kibele Restaurant & Bar offers a Turkish & Mediterranean-themed set menu for 14 people reservations and over. We also offer a normal A La Carte Menu with a £50 minimum spend per person (not including service fee) for bookings over 7 guests including food & drinks. The fee will be applied if you fail to spend the minimum spend and it will be added automatically.

This policy applies only on Fridays & Saturdays.

Allergens & Dietary Requirements 

If you have any allergens or dietary requirements, please ask a member of our team before ordering and make sure verbal confirmation is given that is suitable for your consumption. Nuts and flour are used in our kitchen & bar. Despite efforts to prevent cross-contamination any of our dishes may contain traces of nuts and gluten.

Deposit

We require a deposit of £10 per person for reservations of 7 guests and over upon making your booking. Tables are only secured once the deposit payment is paid in full. The deposit will be fully deducted from the final bill at the end of your night automatically unless requested to be refunded.

Refund Policy

The deposit amount paid, will be deducted from the final bill however, we can refund upon request. Please note if you request a full refund of the deposit, this may take between 5-10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed to management 72 hours prior to the reservation day.

For reservations of 10+ attendees, management must be informed 1 week prior to the reservation day. A cancellation fee may be applicable.

Payments

We accept payments via cash and credit/debit card (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro)

Unfortunately, we do not accept payments from American Express

Telephone Payments

For security purposes, you may be asked to present the same card used for payment or valid identification for payments received via our telephone payment service.

PRICING

All prices are displayed in British pounds (£/GBP). All prices include V.A.T.

If you are placing an order using a card that is not denominated in British pounds (£/GBP) your card issuer will calculate the applicable exchange rate to process the transaction. Kibele is not responsible for any exchange rates and charges.

Our primary aim is to provide all our guests with a memorable dining experience and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Our promise is to provide you with great service and great food, served in a wonderful ambience.

Dress Code

Please note, that we have a strict smart/casual dress code; no tracksuits, hoods or slippers are permitted at our restaurant

Clock Room

Personal possessions are the responsibility of the guest. We advise all our guests to keep all valuable personal belongings with them when using our cloakroom service

Sale of Alcohol

We operate by the Challenge 25 policy, if you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to provide proof that you are over 18. Failure to do so will result in refusal of service 

 

We do not offer a corkage service at our restaurant. Beverages brought from outside the restaurant are not allowed to be consumed during your stay.

Abuse

We do not tolerate any form of violence or abusive behaviour towards our guests and staff. Should such an occasion arise, we may refuse to serve you and you may be asked to leave the premises 

Smoking

Smoking or Vaping at our restaurant is strictly prohibited 

Takeaway & Online Ordering Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (referred to as “you” or “your”) with Kibele Restaurant (“Kibele” “us” or “we”), at www.kibele.com

 (“website”). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on the website. By placing an order, you agree and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify these Terms and Conditions occasionally, should you not agree with the Terms and Conditions or are unclear with any aspect please contact us at [email protected]. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display accurate stock availability on the website but stock levels are subject to change without notification. Please note that all orders are subject to availability and stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed. Items placed in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

COMPLETING AN ORDER

Before completing an order you can review your order including the total price. Once you submit your order by pressing confirm in checkout you have agreed to pay the total amount due and have agreed to the terms and conditions.

PAYMENTS

Payment for your order is taken at the time your order is placed. The currency used is British Pounds (GBP).

You are required to provide payment details that are valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. Kibele reserves the right to cancel orders if they do not meet all or any of the security requirements.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an online confirmation on your screen once your order has been placed, as well as an email confirmation.

CHANGES TO YOUR PLACED ORDER

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible so once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes to your order. If you wish to change a placed order you must contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or alternatively on 02074360600 quoting your order number.

Vouchers & Masterclass Terms and Conditions

All postage of vouchers is to the UK addresses only. Please allow up to 7 days for Royal Mail first class delivery

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale, unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 12-month validity period.

All vouchers must be booked in advance.

Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays such as the Festive season (November and December), Christmas Day or New Year's Eve/Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. Please ask when booking.

Vouchers for experiences (set menus, masterclasses etc) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or government incentive.

Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s home page to make your reservation. The purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.

Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed copy or via smartphone) and must be mentioned when booking.

Vouchers for masterclasses are only valid with a booking and no admittance shall be permitted for persons without a booking.

Vouchers can be used as full or partial payment for goods and services at Kibele Restaurant. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash - vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.

Vouchers are not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.

Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and the title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
